| Baozhong tea is a very lightly oxidized (fermented) tea that is a close cousin of traditional Oolong tea. Our Baozhong hails from Taiwan and brews a light celadon cup that is flowery and sweet. Little oxidation makes it also related to Green tea, which is not oxidized. This careful process preserves the antioxidants, so Baozhong tea is also good for it’s health benefits. |
