1940-60 Antique Hong Tai Chang Pu-erh
This well aged Pu-erh dates from between the 1940's and 1960's. There are no wrappers so it is hard to identify the exact year. This comes from a famous factory in Yunnan. A light and sweeter tasting Pu-erh. 1 oz packs directly from the cake. We now have some full cakes of this old tea. Tea from a different era.

1960's Guang Yun Imperial Green Beeng Cha
This old cake from the early 60's is made from leaves from Yunnan that were brought to Guang Dong Province for processing. This practice continued into the 1990's and produced a sought after and collected series of green Pu-erh's.
1970's Cultural Revolution Tuocha
This circa early 1970's Tuocha is a real pleasure to drink. The leaves break apart by hand, which is a true sign of this tea's age. Wet leaves are dark and rich smelling, typical of a tuocha's small leaf base. Well stored without any off tastes, this is a winner. About 90 grams.
1970's Tong Xing Hao Beeng Cha 1 oz
This Pu-erh dates from circa 1970 and was made in the traditional way with a formula dating from the 1920's. This factory was established in 1733 and closed due to the Cultural Revolution. Drink a piece of history. 380 g. Tong xing hao hou qi yuan cha. Yi Wu Tong Factory.
1970's Zhong Cha Iron Cake Simplified Letters
This rare and classic cake was made during the Cultural Revolution in the early 1970's. It's wrapper is the Simplified Chinese Characters variety. It is a Green Aged Pu-erh that has matured over the years. The fine mellowed taste is a real prize or special gift tea. About 330 grams.
1978 Pu-erh Zuncha Brick Shu (Ripe)
1978 Vintage Old Pu-erh Camphor Flavor 220g brick. This Zhang Xiang (Camphor Flavor) brick is 35 years old and made from ripened (shu) Pu-erh from the Menghai area. The leaves show a very dark appearance when steeped, showing the cooking process and aging also. This is a great old brick that is smooth like a vintage Pu-erh. 220 grams

This drinkable antique is a Pu-erh made in Hanoi, Vietnam in the 1930's. It was made for export back to China and elsewhere. Vietnam was controlled by the French and so the labels have the English factory name Che Banh. Drink it if you dare. 250 grams.
