Picked in 2004, these cakes are quite wonderful now and will age gracefully. You can leave this stack out for display on a shelf or table. Use the pingchas for a special gift or start your own Pu-erh stash. Over a few years these succulent green leaves will turn a red color with a mellow taste. This is the way Pu-erh has been aged over the centuries. These tea cakes should be able to breath (not airtight) in a dry place to age well. The Chitsu stack is 5.4 lbs total with 7 cakes each weighing about 350 grams.
