Picked in 2004, these cakes are quite wonderful now and will age gracefully. You can leave this stack out for display on a shelf or table. Use the pingchas for a special gift or start your own Pu-erh stash. Over a few years these succulent green leaves will turn a red color with a mellow taste. This is the way Pu-erh has been aged over the centuries.
