Once again this tea can use a couple of more years breathing, and the first infusion or two are slightly pungent. That being said, this is still a very satisfying cake that has a really glossy shean to the leaves in the cake. This shows care and a good batch of leaves that are larger and nicely aged, with a deep green color that is revealed when steeped.
