Dancong Oolong-This dark oolong is quite enjoyable. It is hearty and can be infused three times with full flavor. It is a cousin to our Fenghuang Dancong and is complex in its bouquet. This tea is highly fermented which helps bring out all the flavor of these dark strips. Use water that is under boiling temperature (about 180 deg) and only steep for 1-2 minutes, less if you are using more tea leaves. A special everyday tea.
