Bamboo Mountain is often cloud and fog covered. Reminicent of fresh fruit and bamboo, these thicker leaves create a mellow and creamy taste that should be infused many times. The hand processing preserves the whole leaf in a tasty way. The leaves turn a deep green with a 20-30% oxidation. Nice, large nuggets open to reveal the top leaves of the Spring harvest. Steep with 185 deg F. water for two minutes and release the many upper notes of this wonderful tea. This tea is pesticide-free.
