This fine grade of dark Tieguanyin is a favorite of many. Roasted to the peak of flavor, this tea exhibits a smooth and silky flavor with a deep brown infusion. The Tieguanyin leaves are somewhat thicker than their green oolong cousin. This in part contributes to this teas uniqueness. Some call this flavor woody. This tea is tightly rolled and can be infused three or more times. Use 185 F. deg. water to really wake up this tea. Steep for two minutes and enjoy.
