This leaf will continue to age, but is drinkable and smooth right now. The leaves break apart easily. Many of the thin paper wrappers are very faded. This is a green label cake with a paper tag inside with '93' on it. The leaves have lost any green appearance and now are a deeper brown-red. Slow oxidation creates a tea that has character and individuality. Can be brewed 4-6 times and each brew gets a little better and the leaves unlock their history. Totally worth having.
