This is a great Yellow tea and has the distinctive taste of musty yet sweet flavors. This is due to the wilting of the leaf in the process before killing the green. This makes yellow teas take on their own special flavors. There are very limited quantities of these teas even in China, so this is a great opportunity to aquire some very special tea. 2007 crop.
