This tea is called gongfu they say for two reasons. 1-It is prepaired with a special expertese that makes very fine tea. 2-This tea is made for special small cup brewing to make all the flavors come out, and in addition it takes gongfu (intentional practice) to learn how to make this tea really great in the cup. Whichever you want to pursue, this tea is a special winner. It rivals any of the best Yunnan Gold teas we have carried, and the leaf base is so fine that this 'small leave black tea' is specled with some golden threads which are occuring naturally in the Spring harvest.
