This slightly rolled and twisted leaf tea is great hot or over ice. A great and refreshing oolong (wulong) to share with friends. It is about 70% oxidized creating an amber brown brew. It is hard to find real USDA certified wulongs, so buy with confidence. Steep 1 minute first steep, then 30 sec per steep after the first. Use less time if you use more leaves.
