We like to offer cakes and raw leaf from the Tong Xing Factory because they all have a very speical flavor. They are slightly woody with a nice foresty aftertaste. These cakes are very clean and will even get better and more mellow over the years, if you can save it that long. Steeps 5-10 times depending on your brewing method.
