Seven day return period for full refund or exchange (Minus P&H). All merchandise must be in original condition and unused. No used teaware will be exchanged or refunded (except for defective products, which will be exchanged). Any tea must be unopened for refund or exchange.
Shipping Charges are for orders with the United States. For international orders additional charges will apply. We will try to determine the most economical route unless otherwise instructed. Separate Credit Card Authorizations may apply.

We ship VIA US Postal service or UPS ground. Most orders are shipped Priority Mail which is 2-3 days delivery time. We reserve the right to ship Parcel Post or UPS on larger orders.
Our website is supported by a secure server (https) which ensures the privacy of your payment information. When giving credit card information you may verify the page is secure by looking for "https" in the address.
For our Wholesale customers, all orders are FOB Spring Valley, NY
We will add on 9% of total for postage and handling charges (In the United States).
For orders outside the US postage and Handling will be computed by order.
Credit Card Prepayment is required for web orders to be processed.
Other payment methods such as check, MO and COD can be arranged by request.
